Does anyone manage to follow any of the online diets (been looking at tesco and weight watchers).
Are they much harder than actually going to meetings?
Any advice or recommendations or ones to avoid are welcome.
Been 8 years since last managed to stick to a diet but had 3 children since then and desperately need to get rid of three lots of baby weight.

You can try DukanDiet.co.uk; it's not an online diet per se, but has a specific phase plan for what foods to eat at what stage in your weight loss. The site also recommends several exercises with videos to show how they are done. Additional information also includes what foods you can eat as much as you want of (light fat, fat free and sugar free), so it serves as an online nutrition tutorial (as Dukan is a French nutritionist) :)

Before you ask, I'm not selling his book or his website or anything - it's just something I did in the past and it worked for me. As the site also helps you know what to do to keep the weight off, I was quite happy with it.

PS it tells you to admit what treats/ sins you've committed during the day but, as he has a recipe for low fat cheesecake, it is hard to find something to sin with! :)

I've just joined WW online works out at about £2.50 a week). Get all the online resources. Personally I like ww because there are no banned foods, just everything in moderation and the new points system encourages you to snack more healthily than the old points system did.
