i have just been for a walk with dd(have been much more active that way since we moved here), but whilst i was getting changed..i passed our full lengh mirror with just my top and undies on and my fat disgustingpostpregnancyeventhoughdd'sovertwo yearsoldnow..was hanging over the top of my undies like a horrible wrinkly mass of disgustingness!

i now weigh even more than i did last time i 'decided' enough was enough.......so now i 'must' get some weight off...6 stones to be precise!

i dont want to go back to a club as i just feel under pressure and i dont do pressure well at the moment, so i was wondering about G.I...am gunna go to library tomorrow to see if they have any books..but from bits ive read, its seems really good.

could any one either answer or cat me with a range/menu which would be suitable for this diet.
TIA

I lost 1 stone in 6 weeks on the Kellogs diet.... Like you that nasty bit of saggyness over the knickers is more than a little distressing - just can't get rid of it! But it's been better since I lost a stone - Kellogs cereal in place of 2 meals each day and eat one normal meal plus any healthy snax - fruit / veg / crisp / chocolate / biscuits - ok the last 3 are my vice..Why does everything bad taste so good?
