Has anyone done the Kellogs 2-week plan

Hello. I've lost 2.5 stone in the last 6 months and I want to lose another 10lbs or so. I've reached a bit of a plateau and need another kick-start. So, has anyone done the Kellogs 2-week thing where you eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast and lunch or dinner, then have a normal meal as your third meal? You can snack on fruit and veg during the day. If you've done it, how much weight did you lose in the 2 weeks? Thank you!

I've not done it, but I think it's pretty frowned upon as a plan. ANd it will not kick start your metabolism, if anything it will slow it right back down as it will be relatively low calorie. If anyhting, I'd say inmcrease what you're eating for a week or two and step up the exercise. That should get things movign again.

I agree with the frowned upon thing...it's not realistic...you won't eat that way forever, and the point of losing the weight is to maintain your lower weight, which means eating a normal range of food in healthy quantities. Change your exercise, eat a little less (you need less food the lighter you are), have a varied diet.

Hmmm, I can see what you mean. I'm just hoping for a quick fix, i guess, to get me back on track again! After school holidays I'll be able to up the exercise again and get a bit stricter with snacks...
thank you.
