Where to actually shop for high street wedding dresses?

I’m conflicted about my wedding dress. I really don’t want to spend an utter fortune and I know there are lots of really nice high street ones.

High street wedding dresses mostly seem to be online though and I don’t really want to order a bunch on line and try them on at home. I ideally want the experience of going out wedding dress shopping with my mum and future MIL.

Does anyone know anywhere where there are actual shops selling high street wedding dresses? Preferably in the east of England?

WED2B or search ‘bridal outlets’ in your area. Some wedding dress shops have another shop where they sell their samples off. I bought 2 dresses last week, one from WED2B for the evening and one from an outlet for the day. The day one is an ex sample, in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean, that fits me straight off the peg, so I decided to spend a little more as I didn’t need any alterations.

I tried to find online and highly street dresses, but once I found out about the sizing I just didn’t want to buy online or from eBay and be stuck from a dress I couldn’t return.
