I really need some help. Getting married in November. Ceremony happening in a Catholic Church, my OH will be in morning dress. Is this OK for a wedding dress?

proper bridal gowns can be too much for some women. We don’t need to truss ourselves up like Disney Princesses or Kardashians.

This is an elegant, modest dress, entirely appropriate for a church wedding, IMO.

I wore a dress almost identical but mine was blush pink and the sequin top was more striped in a downwards v shape. I was never going to have a traditonal wedding dress and I felt fabulous in it. I think yours is just as stunning. Go for it!!

Honest opinion i think if it was a less traditional wedding the dress would be fine but with your husband in tails it seems a little out of sync. I also think its a bit blingy to go with an embroidered veil.

An embroidered or lace dress might be a better fit. Monsoon have some lovely options. Have you tried the dress on to see how you feel, i think youll know yourself then if its the one for you.

I'm a Size 26 which is part of the problem and I feel like I have left it a bit too late. I do love Monsoon dresses but I can't fit into any of them!

Ok just off the back of the style you posted (not a huge ballgown and bit of a sleeve etc) here are a few hightstreet options in a size 26.

If I'm off base and you love the dress you have then wear it well and you'll be beautiful. If you're not 100% please keep looking, you deserve the dress of your dreams.

Keep looking until you find a dress that makes you smile just by wearing it. X

Its pretty but quite an informal looking dress if the groom is going to be wearing a morning suit. I would think again.
