Wedding dress size what to do!

So I'm going to risk it and buy one of these eBay dresses but have no idea what size to buy.
My measurements currently bust 38in, waist 33in but started slimming world 3 weeks ago and lost 10lb! Hoping to lose 30-40lb before the wedding in July.
Options are
size 10- bust 36 waist 29
size 12 bust 38 waist 31
Size 14 bust 40 waist 33

What would you do? Thank you!!

OP, you've linked to a lovely wedding dress, and you know what suits you - but I would seriously think twice before ordering from one of those e-bay made in china sites - there are so many horror stories.

Look second hand, and in sales, charity shops etc.

Creatureofthenight · 13/10/2016 23:01

Not sure what your budget is exactly, but have you looked at www.kittyanddulcie.com? They are under £400 and they sometimes have a sale on.

MrsLettuce · 13/10/2016 23:01

Mmm. I'd not risk it. Am risk averse though.

A 10 should be doable with enough hard work. But, the more important question is if it's a sustainable size for you and worth the stress. Aiming for a 12 could be better, just depends.

buzzmoon · 13/10/2016 23:03

Those kitty and dulcie ones are lovely too. Definitely got a lot to look into now and definitely put off after seeing just how bad they are on that Facebook page! Some are hilarious!!

Pleas please please do not buy from China. Buy second hand UK on eBay. ... Or there are a lot of bridal shops sell shop soiled or ex display ones really cheaply on eBay.

Backt0Black · 14/10/2016 19:40

Size 12. There are loads. Just filter by 'UK only' and avoid any images that look like they are out of catalogue

Thank you everyone! I look like a idiot who hasn't googled anything but I promise I've looked at loads of places! Just clearly not as good as you lot!

Hope it's awesome and you have a wonderful day! It's a lovely dress.

Danglyweed · 14/10/2016 21:18

I get bloody bored of online shopping, everything just merges into one boring pile of shit!

I was lucky with my wedding dress, where my bus stopped at the shopping centre you had to walk through bhs to get into the centre. Part way through i spotted a beautiful simple fishtail wedding frock.., tried it on and it fit like a glove... £35.20 i think it was!

Thissameearth · 14/10/2016 21:22

What about this...

I had a true bride wedding dress in your style - loved it, the tulle skirt is really important to give the shape.

buzzmoon · 15/10/2016 19:03

Mamabear I love you! It's bloody beaut! The picture does not do it justice! Literally it's perfect!! I was sneaky though and got a size 10, and you know what it's not too bad! The zip does up but there's some buttons which are about 2in from doing up, I feel like I can do that in 9 months easy! Gosh I'm so happy I've found one! Thank goodness for mumsnet!! Without you all, id literally be in some shite netting from china! ❤️❤️❤️

Mamabear14 · 15/10/2016 19:43

Yay! Oh I'm so glad it's the one! A couple of inches in 9 months should be perfectly doable. I'm sure you will look wonderful!

princessconsuelabannahammock · 15/10/2016 19:52

I ordered my dress from China and it cost £110 a few years ago - had it altered after losing 3st to get into it and it was fantastic quality. The woman doing the alterations said it was really well made and couldn't believe I bought it just from a pic on a website. Hubbys suit cost more than my dress!
