DS is throwing up breast milk since we started weaning...any ideas?

Ds was roughly 22 weeks when I started weaning him and i started him with pear and toast with the BLW route. He was good with the toast but not the pear but he tried a organix puree and he loved that so i've been going the puree route.

Since we started weaning he seems to be being sick once he's had his milk feed from me and it's really concerning me. If he has my milk then no food he's still sick. I've tried taking his purees back to basics and just give him apple for 3 days then introduce another vegetable but it doesnt seem to be making any difference.

He's putting on weight and is happy within himself and i've not changed my diet so I was just looking for some advice? I'm really worried that because I gave him toast before 26 weeks hes now got a wheat intolerance and therefore thats what hes getting in my milk.

Sorry for the extra long post

Do you think he's too full of solids? Then he has the breast feed and because he enjoys it overfills and then vomits?
Just re read that he still vomits with no food in him.
Have you told gp about this?

I'll feed him first then sort out his puree and within that time he can be sick but also i can feed him and then say an hour later he will be sick so there is no pattern to it.

I've not been to the GP yet, i went to the HV on Friday to get him weighed as i was worried he had lost weight but he's gained weight which is good. He's also got a sniffle so i'm not sure if it's related to that, it just seems a funny coincidence iyswim?

Maybe he's swallowing lots of phlegmn (spelling?) That could make him sick.
