At what age can I stop worrying so much about salt?

DD is coming up to 13 months and has been blw since 6 months, she eats loads and everything is going great. I'm pretty careful with her salt intake though and was wondering at what stage I can stop being quite so cautious?

We don't cook with salt anyway so that's not a problem, but at the moment I'm seperating her portions of soup/ casserole/ bolognaise out from ours before adding stock, is that still needed? And if so, at what stage can I stop do you think?

Thanks!

They can have up to 1g of salt until 12 months, and then up to 2g of salt a day from 1-3 years. So yes, I would probably use stock now. HTH

Thank you, that's great!

So, I guess I'll still portion out meals if it's no bother to add the stock later like with bolognaise, but if i'm cooking casserole or risotto I'll give her it and just be careful for her other meals. Thanks!
