My six month old DD seems to be eating LOADS! She has one weetabix for breakky, half a banana for snack, four ice cubes of varying meat and veg followed by natural yogurt for lunch and the same for tea, then one more weetabix before bed. She eats it all quite happily and has so far eaten everything I have offered her. I am also BF her about four times a day.

Should I be worried or will she tell me when she is full? Its so difficult to know how much to give her. HV advised that I wasn't giving her enough to eat as she was still waking through the night and crying when she finished her meals and to be fair she has started sleeping much better since I have increased her food and added in some protien, I just feel like I am constantaly feeding her! I dont want to create problems for the future

don't worry, so long as what you are giving her is healthy, which it sounds like it is, then I'm sure she will be fine.

you'll probably find she'll slow down with her food, & then speed up again, you'll soon see that it goes hand in hand with growth spurts, at least thats how it was for mine & everyone around me
