Cows milk in cooking but not to drink?

I'm a bit confused WRT the cows milk thing. I'm fine BFing DD and trying to get her to take EBM or water in a sippy cup, but I find it hard to express, especially since my pump is RUBBISH.

So, when giving DD cereal, is it okay to put cows milk on it? Do I need to do anything to it first?

I've given her weetabix with EBM but it's so much effort, and when she doesn't eat it, it's really frustrating.

Oh and does it have to be whole milk? I know I read somewhere about drinking only whole milk, but what about in cooking/cereal etc?

Also, is (mature) cheese okay? Am trying BLW as well as purees/sloppybreakfast to keep everyone else happy!

And what yoghurts can/should/shouldn't I give her? I'm SO Confused with all this

from 6 months you can use full fat cows milk in cereal, in cooking, etc - there is no need to do anything with it although you can warm it if required. Cheese is fine as long as it is pasteurised. Give whatever yoghurt you like but it should also be full fat. Watch out for sugar in yoghurts aimed at kids.
