Food to bring to CM's

My DD is 7 mo and I'm returning to work next week.
She's on 3 meals a day plus mix-milk fed.

CM won't prepare any food for LO's so I am looking for suggestions for what to send in with her.
She normally has ReadyBrek with banana puree stirred in for Breakfast. Can that be prepared in advance and reheated. (Sounds yuck though), or has anyone any alternatives.
Homemade veg/veg & meat puree for lunch. Normally from frozen. Can I take a cube of frozen puree in the morning, let it thaw in CM's fridge til lunch when it will be reheated? Safe, do you think?

Tea is ok, she can have that at home.

TIA!

really hate the idea of a childminder not providing/preparing food sorry

Will she pour hot water on readybrek powder? Or milk on to weetabix?

Def defrost in a fridge

Umm - not sure what to suggest

Really, Katy? I thought it was fairly standard.
Dammit, looks like it will be jars.

Thanks

Niether of my CMs provide food, but they will reheat things if necessary.

Weetabix for breakfast? Or can she have an early breakfast before you leave?

The Ella's Kitchen pouches are handy as they can be stuck in hot water to warm, or you can provide finger food if your DD is happy with that (little sandwiches, breadsticks, dips, steamed baby corn and so on).

My DS's started a but later - around 9 months - and I'd send them in with a range of stuff, some of which they'd eat. My CM did provide snacks and drinks, so I knew they'd be eating something!

I think it will be ok, i don't think you have to resort to jars

Will she reheat?

I would pull frozen puree out freezer trhe night before, leave to defrost overnight in the fridge, the she can place pot in a larger container filled with hot water or microwave. You could provide the two plastic boxes so all she has to do is pour hot water in the larger one.

I would give cereal for breakfast, weetabix in one box, milk in another then CM just has to combine the two

As she gets bigger you can introduce more finger foods, loads of recipe for things like sweetcorn patties on Aitch blw site

Normal porridge can be reheated, i think they sell it in pots to be microwaved in supermarkets (not suggesting you buy it just thats it common) but would that be too grainy for her, i think ready brek is quite runny?

Not sure how you make it either as someone meantioned water but could ypou measure out amount of milk in one container, ask CM to heat then mix into another container with measureed out RB?

I chose to provide food and usually I used make a bit extra of whatever we had and give to her for the next day. Occasionally a baked pototo and cheese.
