Sorry if this has been done before.

What milk do you offer your children if you are dairy free?

I am considering Oat Milk, but want to offer the one the most nutritional.

I don't know which is more nutritious but other options are soya milk or goats milk. HTH

I have a toddler who has rice milk (with added calcium) with lunch when I'm at work, and breastmilk at other times. For cooking and baking I use oat milk/cream and almond milk/cream. The latter is luxurious! Soy milk I don't like the taste of, and of course it's also environmentally problematic.

it's a tough decision isn't it.

I love soya milk but of course the environmental affect is huge and us westerners don't get the quality stuff in the mainstream products. Plus there is the question mark over the oestrogen.

Rice milk was my second choice but there are concerns about the high level of arsenic in rice www.food.gov.uk/news/newsarchive/2009/may/arsenicinriceresearch

As far as I'm aware that only leaves oat milk and almond milk and I'm not sure if there is much calcium or other nutrients in them... but they are delicious!

You can buy calcium enriched oat milk, but in comparison with cows milk it is quite low calorie (comparable with semi-skimmed). Personally I'd not use as a main milk source at this early age if you have other options. Is your dc dairy free due to allergy? If so, you can speak to your doctor about hypoallergenic formula. Rice milk is not recommended at this young age as a main milk source because of the arsenic issue, so if you don't want/can't go down the hypoallergenic formula route, I'd go for soya milk. Iif it is because of allergy goats/sheeps milk are often not suitable as 95% of people with cows milk allergy are also sensitive to goats/sheeps milk too.
