I am doing baby led weaning which is a bit different but the things that my dd (also 7 months) really likes and manages well are things like crackerbreads, brocolli, toast fingers, parsnip etc. Basically anything that she can hold onto but that goes mushy in her mouth. She really struggles with bread as it makes a ball that she can't make smaller. I think you just have to stick with it. Does she only eat purees or can she manage more textured things like mashed veg etc? Perhaps worth offering things that are lest smooth as well so that lumps in her mouth aren't such a shock. Hope that long ramble helps a bit!

I give my ds who is 7.5 mo meals rather than puree but from a spoon, things like rice and carrot cooked really soft with tomato and cheese - or pasta with courgette or something. he has bits of bread burt aklso banana, hard boiled egg or whatever to munch by himself - maybe try some soft fruit that he likes, or some well cooked veggies if he doesn't like bread yet?

I'm using readybrek for my dt's, who are 7 months and they're fine with it. I do BLW, so they get it on a pre-loaded spoon until I figure out porridge pancakes but much easier than using baby cereals (and cheaper!). Stir some fruit puree in to make it more interesting. Apple slightly cooked (with skin on) goes down well, as does pear just sliced off but the good one I've found is soaked dried apricots as it's basically mush in the middle. Both love them and really easy to hold.
She's only 7 months though, the point is to be happy with food and enjoy it - so don't push it just because hv thinks you should! They all go at different pace, my two are completely different. She may be more interested having bits of whatever you're eating, or more relaxed eating outside in the garden etc.
