BLW baby with a cold and teething refusing to eat - normal?

Title about says it all. DD is 10 months old. Has been BLW from 6 months and usually eats like a glutton. Until she got this cold 2 weeks ago and now one of her top front teeth is comming though.
She has eaten hardly anything over the past two days and gags when she puts larger lumps in her mouth - like I'd expect a much smaller baby might. Last night egg mayonnaise (usually a firm favourite) caused hysterical crying when put in front of her and this morning she gagged on oats and pear. Only thing that's gone down ok recently is yoghurt. She has also had a few very loose nappies which I've put down to the teething.

Is this normal?
I keep telling myself that she'll eat if she's hungry but I'm getting worried that she hasn't had a "square meal" in 2 days.

Warning - she is a PFB so this is probably a very stupid question!

Ds is a year and has hardly ate anything over the past couple of days too. He also has a cold and first bottom tooth coming through and anything he tries to eat results in a coughing fit atm.

I wouldn't worry about it. This isn't the first time ds has been like this and I just try to get enough fuids into him and do stuff like add his milk to easy-eat foods like readybrek.

Ds did drop a bit of weight last time and went down the centiles but gained it all again and moved back up in a few weeks

sounds v normal to me, just keep offering and go with it if she doesn't want to eat. I think this is another advantage to BLW - when your baby doesn't want to eat as it's uncomfortable, they don't eat. As long as you're offering milk for top-ups she won't be hungry.

Normal, IME. Keep offering food and she'll start up again when she's ready. In the meantime go with the milk

I too have an food-refusal expert who can make exceptions for yoghurt on even the worst teething days

Thank you for the replies, that sets my mind at rest. She skipped lunch (fell asleep on way home so I just took her up to bed and then slept until 4pm). She is now nibbling at tuna and sweetcorn, but at least showing some interest!
