Freezing pasta

Hey everyone so I bought the piccolo pasta sauces for babies and the pot looks like a decent amount. I know baby wouldn't use it all in one sitting so I was thinking about making a batch and freezing portions of the leftovers. How would I go about reheating it?

I was planning on using breastmilk bags to freeze them in, would that be okay? I have way too many and mostly nurse and don't pump. Could I just set them in some warm water or something to reheat? Also has anyone tried the piccolo pasta sauce that's 6m+?

You could just tip into a pan and reheat, or microwave
sure you could use bags, often freeze soup and sauces for myself in them!

I'd freeze the sauce, but cook new pasta for when you next use it.

Ooh this is a good idea! I might do this insteard, I've been doing a bit of googleing and the general consensus is that pasta can get a bit gummy when frozen. Thanks for that tip!

Yes, it's ok in an emergency, but new pasta would be better. The sauce will defrost fine.

I freeze sauce in a silicone muffin tray, once frozen, I pop all the round sauce portions into a freezer bag.
