Falling into a rut... 9mo vegetarian ideas?

DD is 9mo and thankfully loves her food. We are veggie but when she's old enough to choose we'll let her decide whether to eat meat and fish outside the house. For now her main protein sources are dairy, egg and pulses - need to try more soy.

I feel like we are falling into a bit of a rut and I'm offering the same sorts of things for each meal every day, so would really appreciate some ideas on how to change it up a bit? And what's appropriate to give a 9mo? She is OK with texture - eats finger foods (albeit more slowly/some goes on the floor) as well as lumpy/mashed foods fed by spoon. I still make everything quite soft though as I'm a bit anxious. She has 3 teeth now, 4th one is just showing!

Here's what I seem to be giving her day in day out at the moment:

Breakfast: Porridge with fruit puree OR shredded wheat with fruit puree OR Weetabix with fruit puree
Sometimes some Greek yoghurt too

Lunch: Toast fingers with cream cheese or peanut butter
OR leftover dinner from night before (see below)
Greek yoghurt and mashed fruit OR fruit finger food like banana or pear sticks

Dinner: Tomato and cheese pasta
OR Cheesy broccoli pasta/rice
OR Mild curry and rice
OR 1 veggie sausage (skin cut off) with mashed potato/sweet potato and mashed veg
OR beany stew, lentil stew, veggie shepherd's pie type thing
Small pudding of yoghurt and fruit if she doesn't eat loads of her main course

Any ideas welcome!

Bruschetta? Mine loves toast with tomato juice squeezed over.

The ‘Baby at the Table’ book does fantastic ‘baby brodino’ combinations: thechiappas.com/recipe-category/baby/

At the same age, mine loved lentils. If I remember rightly there is a really good Ella's kitchen lentil recipe for a lentil shepherd pie which I used to freeze in portions.
I also used to give a load of chopped up veg at lunch for mouthing/throwing on the floor. Eg steamed broccoli, cucumber, avocado, roasted veg like peppers, courgette, aubergine, mushrooms, carrots, parsnip and swede (obviously all cooled). This time of year asparagus and roasted kale, A lot of it is about them trying textures and different tastes and they will express a preference. My DS hated avocado and my DD loved it. We aren't even vegetarian but they both now eat plenty of veg in their diet having always been exposed to it

Strips of omelette would be a good finger food you could try. And porridge fingers, basically just porridge baked in the oven until firm.

We are veggie too. My eldest is about to turn 4 and I can't really remember what we gave her at 9 mo but she didn't really eat anything then, just messed about with it. Youngest is nearly 8 mo but is actually eating a bit. Some things he's enjoyed recently have been cheese on toast, beans on toast, jacket potatoes with cheese and beans/spaghetti hoops, soft boiled veg (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots - I basically overcook it so it's easier for him as it goes mushy quicker), anything spread on toast e.g. marge, various jams, hummus, scrambled egg, omelette, eggy bread, pancakes, basically any type of soup. Fruits he likes strawberries, melons, satsumas, bananas, raspberries, blueberries.

I made this yesterday

www.bestrecipes.com.au/recipes/haloumi-zucchini-corn-traybake-slice-recipe/7j3bbb83?r=budget/nufraqk5&h=budget

and it went down really well. Used goat cheese instead of halloumi and baked for 45mins instead of the 30mins stated in the recipe

My DD absolutely loved the rip off I made of Ella's kitchen big smiles cheesey pie. I just copied the ingredients which you can easily google, bunged them in the slow cooker for ages (cheese in at the end just to melt through) and blended up to serve. Loads left to freeze too.

Non spicy lentil curry with added sweet potato (slow cooker) with naan/chapatti or just something bready/rice
