To make matters a bit complicated she is allergic to eggs and to dairy too!

At the moment my 14mo DD snacks on

Fruit
Peanut butter on rice cakes
Porridge bar (porridge oats, oat milk, banana, blueberries, cinnamon)
Ham&cheese (dairy free) pinwheels
Crumpet
DF babybel

Some of her Lunches are

Homemade soup with a piece of toast for dipping
Pasta, broccoli, DF cream cheese
Sardines on cracker bread
Beans on cracker bread
Avocado on cracker bread/oatcake (she doesn't really eat bread but likes crackers and oatcakes)

I'm trying so hard to be varied, I worry about the fact she hasn't got eggs or dairy in her diet. Would absolutely love some suggestions please?

She will eat most things but she never eats a great deal of meat and she's not enormously keen on bread or wraps

Don't mind making things but would be nice if they weren't too complicated

Omlette fingers is a great one for eggs, but also boiled egg in quarters on the side of the plate with pasta or a snacky type lunch of crackers/ham/cheese cubes/veggie fingers etc.

Pastry pinwheels are good, or wraps into pinwheels (check out Rebecca Wilson/what mummy makes on insta).

I also find her banana pancakes a real hit...just oats, brown banana and eggs but really tasty pancakes! Good to make together too.

Meat is a really common one for toddlers to avoid, try really soft boiled chicken and/or sandwich meat incorporated in different ways. Mince in spag bol etc.

Ah sorry missed the part about being allergic and just read the part about not having them in her diet! Most things can be swapped out for chia seeds in baking but not sure what's best from a nutrition point of view!

Falafel www.nhs.uk/start4life/weaning/recipes-and-meal-ideas/falafel/
Tuna and sweetcorn pasta with a bit of DF mayo
Beans with jacket potato
Humous and breadsticks + veg sticks
Chicken noodles www.annabelkarmel.com/recipes/mummys-pot-noodle/

DF yogurt
Soreen banana lunchbox loaves (I know that the banana and malt ones are dairy and egg fee)
