what can i mix with scrambled egg to make it more appealing to my 9 mth old?

i tried it on its own and it was really dry and he kept gagging!

anyone got any ideas on what foods i can mix with it.. im so clueless. thanks!!!!!!!

ds is nearly 22 months and runs away when you come near him with any form of egg.

Homemade cheese sauce and/or homemade tomato and onion sauce - we have icecube portions of both sauces in the freezer and add one or other or both to loads of things including scrambled egg.
