CMPA allergy vegetarian ideas for 10m old

Hello mumsnetters, looking for some meal inspiration!

Before I got pregnant we were sort of flexitarian - probably 5 veggie days a week and two meaty meals. Then when I was pregnant I craved meat so went along with it, and since DD was born I’ve been too disorganised to plan properly, DH has cooked more, and we have just had simple basic foods that happened not to be veggie.

I prefer eating more veggie meals though and would like to reduce meat again.

What can I make that is also suitable for 10m old DD who has a CMPA allergy (so no cheese, butter, milk, etc AT ALL). She often refuses spoons but likes finger food, and I was hoping to cook just one meal rather than separate ones for her and us. I won’t cut back to the previous number of meat-free days as she loves munching on meat (and doesn’t have a great appetite otherwise) but a few more veggie days here and there will be good for all of us. Plus I’m bored of chicken curries and spag bol.

I like cooking but don’t always have lots of time.

Thanks for your tips!

Scrambled egg. Houmous on toast.

I forgot about hummus! Blush Blame the sleep deprivation Confused

Any ideas for family meals (as opposed to snacks)? Although we were just saying this morning we intend to step up the snacks a bit and try to drop some milk feeds.

My LO has CMPA and we’ve found the oatly creme fraiche a good replacement for dairy cream to use in sauces etc. We do a nice creamy pasta bake with this and broccoli, garlic, fresh basil and peas in (and pancetta but you could leave this out). Omlette is a popular choice here, with a range of small chopped veggies. Vegetable tagine? If you chop the bits big enough your LO could pick them up easily?

You can use dairy free butter substitutes/milk substitutes where required too
