How do I know if little one has outgrown allergy?

Hello!
Little one been on the milk ladder for diagnosed cmpa and he’s doing so well!
What I want to know though is how do I know that he’s outgrown his allergy? He’s been on the final step, having whole milk for a week now, the last three days he’s had all whole milk in his cereal (mixed it with oatly for a few days as advised by dietician). He’s had a cup of whole milk with his snack for last two days. I haven’t given him whole milk at bedtime yet. He has porridge for supper but I’m still making this with oatly or neocate. Tonight I’m going to start putting whole milk in his supper.
Thanks all!

Have you been given a copy of the milk ladder? We had allergy testing which suggested she had outgrown it and went straight for whole milk and it was a massive fail. You should do the ladder - you start with a malted milk biscuit and move up through the stages to see what they can tolerate

Sorry not sure I made it clear, he’s on the final set of the milk ladder. He has whole milk in his cereal each morning and supper, has a cup during the day (although he doesn’t drink much of it). He’s having custard, food with milk in, yoghurt, rice pudding.
I just need to make that final stage of whole milk for his bedtime milk instead of the neonate he’s on.
