Buy whichever has the least additives - for all foods, not just yoghurts. And keep an eye on sugar levels.

Have you tried mixing fruit with the greek yoghurt to make it a bit sweeter tasting? I do this with DS and it makes a big difference

Hi, i wouldn't be too fussy at this stage. As you say avoid salt and too much sugar. My theory is that most meals my dd's get are healthy home cooked stuff (so i know no additives etc in it) so the odd bit of processed food or yogurt with sweetners/sugar won't hurt.

I gave my little ones natural yogurt - just tried a selection to see what they liked. I went for full fat, no additives or fruit bits.

I also just mashed up some of what the rest of the family was having for dinner to give a taste. I did watch out for salt content though - soup & breakfast cereals.

the only dessert that we eat in this house in natural yoghurt including ds.
