Formula to cows milk question(S)

Hi, I can't seem to find an answer to what is probably a really simple question but I'm struggling... my DD was one on Saturday, so can I literally stop buying formula and just give her full fat cows milk instead? She only has 8oz in the morning a 6/7 at night, so can these both be replaced? And do I give her milk through the day? She's hasn't had a bottle in the day for about two months so seems weird to suddenly give her one again?

TIA

Some children will happily switch, some will object. If your objects you can mix the two, gradually increasing the cow's milk until it is just cow's milk. And you don't need to increase the amount, just continue offering water during the day.

We stopped formula and bottles cold turkey at one. Gave him a cup of cows milk morning and evening (before bath and teeth) and water in the day. Took a few days for him to accept it but then no drama.

We had to go cold turkey from formula to non dairy alternative at 11 1/2 months. My daughter accepted it fine.

We quickly gave up bottles too but once you stop formula you nolonger need to sterilise.

Your DD need 350 mg of calcium a day. This can be from milk or other sources eg yoghurt.

Once she is having less than 17oz of formula she will need take daily multivitamins.

She has the vitamins every morning so do I need to add that to the cows milk instead of formula? Thanks so much for all the answers already!!

You can add it to the milk or yoghurt or even squirt is directly in her mouth at meal times if she will cooperate.
