Can they have/do they like soya products?

My DD normally has cereal and fruit. Some times a soya yoghurt. Occasionally eggy bread.

Chopped Fruit/berries, with whatever yogurt substitute suits or oats soaked in apple juice overnight. Eggs. Toast with marmite, honey, jam etc

Cinnamon and raisin bagels are usually DF, very spread with vitalite or Pure.

Blueberry pancakes can be made with almond milk and I’m told they can be frozen although ours are always eaten up straightaway.

Eggy bread with berries.

Sausage and beans, just check the sausage for milk.

Toast with smooth nut butter.

Cinnamon raisin bagel
Warburtons crumpets
(Both with dairy free spread)
Raisin wheats
Shredded wheat
Cheerios
All with almond / formula / soya / coconut milk
Banana pancakes made with replacement milk (we find almond or coconut best as soya allergic too)

See also waffles / omelettes / scrambled eggs / full English breakfast / toast

(Although she loves porridge and has it almost every day)
