Ds will no longer be spoon fed and is really enjoying eating normal food popped onto his tray, but I'm finding it hard to judge if he's getting a balanced diet when I'm so used to measuring in ice cubes (LOL, sounds so ridiculous when I write it down)
so, do you think a matchbox sized piece of roast chicken is a portion of protein for one meal? He had this amount of chicken, same amount of butternut squash, a broccoli floret and one small new potato. I think that probably isn't enough carbs, but bread is the only carb he'll eat a larger amount of at the moment.
God, this all sounds so anal which is why I was a puree feeder to start off with, please bear with me...
