Eczema and weaning

My dd is 7 months and she has mild eczema, so I'm not giving her wheat, eggs, dairy, citrus or fish until she's one. I've made many a puree of veg (she now has orangish glow from excess of butternut squash etc) plus chicken casserole, lentil stew - any other ideas for recipes plus any tips etc for eczema and weaning - I feel a bit panicky.
Since she has eczema now would it get worse if I did give the allergen-type foods or is it a case of stable door/horse bolting scenario?

Don't know the answer but look forward to replies. Do you know if her eczema is food-related or are you just wanting to avoid making it worse? My DS has mild eczema but it only developed a few weeks ago and he had already had a few months of gluten, dairy, citrus, eggs, because we don't have any other allergies in the family. Am hoping I don't have to cut anything out of his diet.

It appeared before she started solids so not food-related but I don't know if allergen foods would worsen it... Am being mega cautious. But I feel anxious when people talk about scrambled egg and toast for breakfast or yoghurt and my dd isn't having either!

My lo has ezcema and so has my father and I. I spoke to the doctor and hv about food and they were very much of the opinion that you should not restrict your lo diet. I decided though that i would introduce foods in the order suggested on the baby-led weaning website but in a quicker way and observe how the ezcema responds. I have decided though that dairy and eggs will wait until at least a year as my mum thinks that is what caused my ezcema to worsen. My lo is 7 months and I've tried him with wheat, gluten, fish, and most of the other things on the list and the ezcema has not changed. I think there is no harm in being cautious and have no scientific evidence to back up my opinion.
