A friend told me that she made her own yoghurt for her children to avoid the supermarket ones with additives in etc. but this was 30 odd years ago!
Just wondering if anyone knew if you can get yoghurt so made of all natural ingredients or should I get yoghurt maker and do it myself? I don't want to have the hassle of making yoghurt if I can get just as good from supermarket!
Also what healthy snacks are there, lo is currently 5 and half months old. I'm doing first tastes from Annabel karmel at the mo, 2 tsp but how do I know how much to give her as she grows older? Do I give her food until she's full and pushes away?
