At 6 months

7oz isn't very much every 4 hrs tbh. I breastfed, but friends who bottle feed seem to feed 6/7oz every 2-3 hrs

3 months is potentially very dangerous.

After 17 weeks is the very, very earliest and ideally closer to six months.

I waited till 24 weeks for both but neither eat until around 27 weeks. They both have a break through after 6 months.

6 months. Research suggests that before 17 weeks can be dangerous. If your baby is hungry (and actually she doesn't seem to be having all that much milk!) then give more milk. I BF so don't know how much she was having but at that age she was feeding for approx 20-30 mins a time every 2 hours.

6 months or a couple of weeks either side. Her gut won't be able to process solids properly before then. Feeding every four hours is very spaced apart for a small baby. If she's hungry it's for more milk.

I would try 6oz every 3 hours and see if that makes a difference at all. I agree 3 months is far too early regardless of what she weighs. that doesn't make a difference by the way, it just tells you she's getting her nutrients from the ff you are giving. I've always been advised that until they can sit unaided and lost the tongue thrust reflex then they are not ready. enjoy your baby being a baby. no need to rush.
