Am I over feeding my DD?

So we started weaning DD just after New Years when she was 5 months to start getting her use to different tastes now she is 6 months and loving food I feel like I'm over feeding her constantly.
Our routine goes something like this

7.30-8am. Fruity porridge or wheatabix followed by 6oz of milk
10am. Puree fruit or petits filous. Sometimes a 4oz bottle
Then she naps for around 1 1/2 to 2 hours
12.30pm 3-4 ice cube of different veg (this is demolished in seconds) with 7 oz bottle
2pm Puree fruit or petits filous the opposite to what she had in the morning
Nap between 1-2 hours
3-4pm 7oz bottle
5-30/6pm what ever me and DH have for dinner mushed up sometimes followed by dessert sometimes, custard or yoghurt. DD may also have a 3 oz bottle at this time
7.30/8 bedtime bottle 7oz

DD will then sleep thru till the morning. Since feeding she has only dropped 1 oz of milk. She will always take food when offered to her, but feel she is having all the milk and food that she will pop!

She is a healthy weight and very active baby (does not stop still although she can't Crawl yet)
Any advice would be great.

Cornishyarg I hope so because everytime I hAve offered finger foods it results in her choking to the point where a few smack on the back is needed to dislodge what is stuck. I don't scoop it out if she is choking, but if I see a very big bit at the front of her mouth I will scoop that

My 6 mo DS eats the same quantity but is breastfed so don't know how much he drinks, but he has dropped every feed except 6.30am, 6 pm and one in the night.

Choking and gagging are not the same thing.

My DS has finger foods as every snack and with goop.

Yes, is she actually choking (silent) or gagging (noisy, including what people describe as "choking noises")?
