Sheep/Goat's Cheese

Hi,

DS was breastfed and bottle fed with goats milk. We do not want to introduce dairy produce as of yet. I give him Sheep's yoghurt (woodland farm) with fruit as a desert or breakfast but now need an alternative for normal cheese.
Anyone have any ideas?
I don't know at what age i can start giving him goat's cheese for example, and what kind?

There are lots of goat cheeses, hard and soft, in the deli counter of Sainsbury and Waitrose. Manchego is good for cooking You have to experiment with the.

I thought I'd mention though, my fantastic homeopath tells me that where there's a dairy intolerance you'll often find that someone is also intolerant to sheep and goats milk. It builds up and symptoms recur.

I get mine drinking rice milk and soya milk, but we have goat and sheep occasionally because, well, it's really nice.
