Worried about DD who won't take a bottle as I am about to return to work

DD2 is 6.5 months old. We started weaning her a few weeks ago and she is on 3 solid meals a day plus bf. Sometimes she eats well but other times she fusses over her solids (this might be due to the fact that she is teething). She loves her milk and still bf on demand. She is now probably taking a bit less milk than she did a few weeks ago but the reduction (as is probably normal) is not dramatic.
I need to return to work in a couple of weeks and DH will take over the childcare from me. However, DD2 is refusing to drink out of a bottle and does not drink large amounts of liquid out of a beaker either. We have tried to get her used to a bottle (with expressed milk and formula) since birth to no avail.
Once I return to work I wil keep bf DD2 in the morning and evening/ night but I am unable to bf her during the day as the commute is over an hour long.
Am I right to be panicking about DD2's welfare once I get back to work? How much milk should she be taking during the day at 7 months? Will she have started eating enough solids to sustain her in the day? Any tips regarding giving milk to her?

When I went back to work I ha the same worries as DS had always been an ardent bottle refuser. It didn't take him long to get to grips with it though, and I think once he realised I wasn't there that helped. He didn't take huge am

It didn't take him long to get to grips with it though, and I think once he realised I wasn't there that helped. He didn't take huge amounts of milk through the day though, he preferred to feed lots off me when I got home so I'm pretty sure he made up for it then. For a couple of months I was almost feeding continuously from when I got home til we went to bed and a couple of times through the night too, but then again he was a very poor solids eater until about 10 months.

Ds2 (now 16mo) has never taken a bottle but will drink from a sippy cup and that's what I give him ebm in when needed.

At 6.5mo no need IMO to use bottles - if you give her a sippy cup with water in at every meal she'll soon get used to drinking from it and then is more likely to take milk in it.

Posted too soon there!
Forgot to add that we used MAM bottles after trying a couple of different brands (unsuccessfully)

Did you try a straw beaker? Dd got on with these (EBF and I went back to work at 9 months).

Many thanks for all the responses. I really appreciate your help.
I have not tried a camelbak bottle or a straw beaker. These are a good ideas.
I would like to bypass the bottle stage ideally as it took 3 years to wean DD1 off it! Blush I just need to find something DD2 will happily drink large(ish) amounts out of.
I suspect that I too will end up constantly feeding once at home. As long as the little one lasts through the day!
