Different baby food brands to try and best value offers

Hi, yesterday someone at my baby group said they bought a trial pack of baby food, all different brands for £12, she said it was really great value, but I can't remember what she said it was called and I can't find it from searching online .... Has anyone got any idea where I can get this from? Or any good value offers on baby food?

The best offer we had on baby food was to just give what we were having, much, much cheaper than buying jars or pouches

Yes I have been trying to do that but my lovely girl sometimes doesn't like my cooking so I like to have back up .... It's also useful for out and about, hectic days and leaving her with her dad, grandma etc.... So any bargains appreciated

You can only order each thing once though, so I just got one of everything.

Just one word of warning on offering alternatives, don't do it! It might be tempting but she will soon learn that if she turns her nose up, something more to her liking will appear.

Also why can't DGM and her dad give her things like sandwiches, eggy bread etc?

Nothing weeing with cooking and whizzing what she likes in purees for a while. Get a stack of small pots (don't get the ice cube sized ones though) and fill a freezer drawer. Then you can just pull one our the night before if its all she will eat.

op wants to use a jar every now and then. i'm sure she doesn't need a lesson in how to make veg purees in advance.
