Tea time ideas for 1 year old

I need to extend my repertoire of low-effort, not too big meals for DD - have run out of inspiration. She likes the usual suspects - cheesy scrambled eggs, sarnies, thick veg soup, fruit - but I could do with some more ideas as I live in fear of her getting bored with the stuff she currently has.

my one year old loves lasagne and also beef stew and bolognaise.
Don't know how she does it as she's 14 months old and only has 2 teeth but she gets through anything Grin

The thing is that by that stage DD is getting a bit tired and therefore more likely to fiddle around and reject food if it is unfamiliar. Lunch time she goes for new stuff with no bother, but by tea I am knackered and get really p*ssed off if I lovingly slave over something to have it rejected. I am after some dead easy options - and nothing requiring a microwave either...

my 1 yo mostly has whatever we are having, spag bol etc u could maybe do her evening meal as lunch and then sandwiches or whatever u normally give at lunchtime for tea if she is more susceptable to new things at lunch.

Beans on taost is the winner in our house

Mine loves omlette, baked beans & toast for tea. Lentil soup always a winner too. she's often more picky at tea than lunch too but is usually happy to pack away a yoghurt or banana for pud.

Hi

I made up some pasta sauces cheesey one and a tomato one with carrots, peppers, mushrooms etc in as well - and freeze them like you do with purees. Cook your pasta and stick a couple of cubes in the microwave or warm through on the hob :)
