how can i deisguise taste of milk?

dd is 30 weeks (5 weeks prem). she is getting on well with tea, doean't particularly like breakfast (tastes too much like milk i think), haven't introduced lunch, since concerned that measly milk intake will drop even further if i do (barely 18 ozs a day).

yesterday i put 1/2 teaspoon cadburys drinking chocolate in milk at lunch time and she finished the bottle (in two sittings)....a big deal for her.
what are the healthier options of disguising the taste...i know she doesn't like milk, since will down water and cry for more, but never easily taken a bottle of milk since new born.....

i would love to know how to make healthy milkshakes for example????

she is going to a childminder soon, so the plan is i will continue to struggle getting her to take morning and bedtime bottles, but she will need one during the day to keep up intake...adding to food doesn't work since waters it down too much, and she likes her food lumpier each day. if i can advise a busy childminder on her 'special formula' then it will put my mind at rest, since i do not think a childminder will have the time or inclination to spend an hour trying to get her to take 7 ozs at lunch timeSad.....

any suggestions welcome...thanks

Blend up some fruit and add to it? Strawberries, bananas, apricots?

forevermore - will she take mashed banana with formula in a bowl given to her with a spoon? Don't give it in a bottle - not safe (choking risk).

Drinking choc in a bottle is not a safe food for her - it has salt in it and it is high in sugar.

You can mix her (made up) formula with most foods to get a bit more milk into her.

To clarify - mix the formula with other foods but not in the bottle.
