Chart with foods and their age-group suitability

I'm currently weaning DS and we've done all the usual starter purees (fruit/veg) and are now moving onto meat, fish, cheese etc. But I'm running out of ideas for introducing new flavours - or rather, when I can introduce new foods.

I was having a flick through some books on weaning at lunchtime and found a great chart detailing foods and when you can introduce them (e.g. no honey or red fruits before 12 months etc.). I then opened a different one with a recipe for strawberries and honey for a 6 month old Confused

So I decided I didn't want to waste my money buying expensive books but I need some new ideas. Does anyone have a link for a chart with the key 'baby' foods and food groups, their nutritional content (eg high in iron, high in vitamin C etc), plus the age-group they're suitable for? I guess it doesn't really have to be baby-specific, just anything to give me more ideas!

Thanks

There's nothing other than a tiny risk with honey that can't be given over 6 months old - there are a few other foods where being a confident eater is recommended - whole grapes, whole nuts - but that's just to lessen the risk of accidental choking. And they can be easily prepared for the baby - peanut butter or sliced grapes are fine.

So you won't find such a list that doesn't contradict others, because there's really no evidence to back up anything being banned before a certain age at all.
