Do I need to be careful about other types of childrens' yoghurt? Currently 9mo DD has 2 per day, one at breakfast and one with tea. She either has the plum organic ones or Muller little stars, both of which have 'all natural ingredients' and neither has sugar on the ingredients list.
Is this ok, or am I over yoghurting? I'm keen to give get lots of dairy into her as she often doesn't drink the recommended 500mls of formula and she won't consider cereal or porridge (or anything on a spoon but yoghurt).
The rest of her diet is well-balanced, home-made, no salt etc etc.
