Quantity At Mealtimes For 15 Month Old

I know it's not really weaning but I'm not sure where else to put this.

DD is 15 months old. Now I know all children are different but can anyone help with approximate quantities she should be eating at mealtimes. She eats just about whatever you put in front of her but never seems to eat very much and I don't know if I'm expecting her to eat too much.

If you know an approximate amount in say level tablespoons that would be really great.

HOnestly, I don't think there are any at this age.

My DD2 is 16mo and often eats a good breakfast, barly any lunch and a decent dinner. As long as she is given healthy food and fed when she wants I don't think it matters in the slightest how much she eats.

As an illustration - breakfast she would eat between 0.5 to 1 weetabix with raisins and a cup of fruit smoothie.

Lunch I may give her a piece of cheese on toast with tomato and cucumber or one slice of toast with scrambled eggs and pease and she more often than not barely touches it. BUt will eat a yoghurt and a satsuma afterwards.

For tea tonight she had a weaning bowl full of tuna pasta and ate most of it, followed by a few slices of apple.

So long as it's good food and she's eating what she wants then I wouldn't worry. Sometimes my 15 month old eats loads, sometimes he has barely any dinner but still sleeps through til morning so it must be enough.

Thanks. Sounds like she's doing fine then and I'm just worrying unnecessarily.
