Timings?

I'm not sure I'm getting my timings right... I've experimented but my DS never seems to want dinner?
We have breakfast at 7am, he naps between 12:30 and 14:30, if I give lunch before nap he won't eat it but gobbles it down at 14:45ish. But then when I try dinner at 17:30 he refuses... I don't want to give it later because bathtime is 18:15 when Daddy gets home.
Should I worry about getting a third 'meal' in him? He's 6 months and breastfed... He breastfeeds loads and hadn't reduced in frequency because of the weaning.
Thanks!

I had a similar issue when I weaned DD (DS, not so much, he'll eat anything, any time Grin).

I found she slept better at night if she had dinner so it was lunch I changed. She used to have two "snacks" instead of lunch - one before nap and one after.

I only had to do it for a couple of months, by which point I pushed her nap back until around 1.30 and she was ready to each a proper lunch before nap and then still be hungry for dinner

Thank you, what kind of snacks did you give your DD? Something like a bit of banana (I have one of those strange net things). Yoghurt maybe?
I currently give him a fruit purée or porridge for breakfast and a veggie purée at lunch (14:30)... I'm going to introduce a meat (chicken or fish soon).

Yes - a but fruit before nap, then a yoghurt after and then as she started having more finger food/eating bigger amounts, maybe some toast/rice cake and then some bits of cheese and fruit later.
