Nutrients if avoiding allergenic foods

Hi all, wasn't sure whether to post this here or in allergies but... hoping someone has some recommendations!
DD is 7months, and on the advice of HV and GP, we are avoiding 'high risk' foods until she is 9 months, as there is a history of allergies in the family (DH has anaphylaxis with tree nuts, MIL is coeliac, FIL allergic to fish).
DD is cutting down her milk intake herself as she eats more solids, and I'm just looking for suggestions to make sure her diet is balanced. Where can she get iron and calcium, as she can't have dairy, and obviously she can't have meat at every meal . Also green leafies have gone down like a lead balloon!
Are there any other nutrients I should be worrying about?
I think I just need some inspiration, so any suggestions would be welcome!

the coeliac society recommends introducing gluten as normal at 6 months - studies have actually shown that coeliac disease is more likely in babies introduced to cereals before 3 months and after 7 months. Gut problem link to baby weaning

Are you avoiding soya too as you could use soya yoghurts in place of dairy ones.

Hi. We have nut, egg and cow's milk allergies over here. Were advised by dietician to begin proteins immediately when started weaning (which was 6 months) and ditto gluten. I was concerned about iron and calcium too - the below have gone down well so far.

Spinach, kale, watercress (he gets one or all of these in pretty much ever meal, poor thing!).
Tinned sardines, pureed with (you guessed it) spinach, carrot and parsnip.
Generally I try and make sure that DS gets either fish or red meat every day.
Leek, watercress, pea and sweet potato.
I make a rice pudding (using ground rice and rice milk with added calcium) with added fruit - have had mixed success with this and it doesn't freeze well!!

From talking to GP/dietician, there are often issues with babies with allergies making sure that they get enough bulk (and a child's overall growth potential is determined in their first year so they say), so I've been advised to do lots of meals with beans and rice.

Also definitely give a multi vitamin (dalivit is not made with nut products - some of the others are). All children not having 500 ml formula per day up to age of 4 are advised to have multivitamins.
