Hmm, it depends how comfortable you are buying into an Early Access game.
Having played it for a bit over a couple of days it is really Early Access(!) By that I mean that Gameplay mode, whilst functional, definitely feels like it requires a lot more work before I'd consider it complete, although it still manages to have more in it than Sims 4 did on launch day in 2014. For example, at various points you go to do something and it will say "in development" (e.g message with the phone), and some of the help is lacking (maybe it's better in Korean?!) It reminds me of Raft in that respect, that I bought/played when it first released in Early Access. I got confused as a lot of the mechanics were missing, so left it for a while and went back to it when they had worked on it a bit more and it enjoyed it a lot better :)
Build/CAZ are fine, although I find Build mode is a bit fiddly (those are the parts that really got people talking in various review videos).
I mention "feels like really early access" as you mention playing No Mans Sky. In some ways it feels a bit like that game was on release. It took the devs a few years to get NMS fully realised to the game it is now, but it got there. I'd also say there's a similar "hype train" as there was with NMS, except at least in the case of Inzoi there's a decent build/CAZ mode already.
Inzoi (and Krafton) have been upfront that the game isn't finished/complete, and that the price will increase once they leave EA. I decided to support the game now as I can see its potential to grow.
Some things to be aware of. To me, it does feel culturally different in various ways, e.g. shoe etiquette, karma, "business partners vs friends" as a relationship category. However for me that's part of what I'm enjoying about the game so far, I'm actually enjoying something that feels more Korean/East Asian (since I can't speak for if it's actually culturally accurate to Korean) vs. the Sims which let's be honest, is VERY American.
