Hello! I’ve been playing AC since forever, and love New Horizons. I bought it last year snd had my own island, but then hammered it to death and lost interest. Then DS recently asked if he could play it, so I let him destroy my island (PeachBeach - RIP) snd start his own. I’m living there now, but it’s soooo frustrating as you can’t go anything when you’re not the Rep, and he hardly ever plays!

Anyway. Does anyone have peaches or oranges on their island? Would love to come and grab some. In return I have native apples, and loads of cherries, pumpkins and coconuts. I’ve just harvested today but will have a new crop in a couple of days’ time.

Can anyone advise how I can make ACNH spare DIY recipes available to visitors to pick up? Can they just be picked up from the beach stall they're dropped on? Thanks

Visitors can pick up anything that's dropped on the floor
They can't pick up placed items

and they can pick up items dropped on stalls/tables/benches

Better to drop them on stalls/tables/benches as then you don't get penalised by Isabelle for being messy.

Anyone have any good turnip prices today?

Can I also just ask. If you visit an island with Celeste are you able to get a diy from her or does she have to be visiting your own island?

My turnips are 73 so no help there, but yes you can get diy from Celeste on other peoples islands. Very helpful to try and get them all.

I don't play online, I'm a secondary islander to my daughter's principal islander. I was getting very frustrated indeed about us both getting the same mystery islands using nook miles so I looked online and cleared the cache as instructed and I got my first different island finally! And it was money island! Just some other fruits would be nice now 😬

@FrankiesKnuckle You can only get 2 types of fruit from Mystery islands (your island fruit and your sister fruit) plus coconuts and bamboo. Other fruits can only be obtained by going online unfortunately!

@FrankiesKnuckle if you haven't had an account before you usually get 7 days free. If you don't want to carry on with it you can at least get the fruit you want in that time

What’s a “sister fruit”? My island has apples, and I only ever get apple Nook miles fruit.. except for one magical time I got cherries.

That's right. You'll only ever see your native fruit and (more rarely) one other kind of fruit on Nook Miles island (plus of course bamboo and coconuts).

Mom sends you a different fruit when you first start too so that's 3 fruits without online play (if you plant mom's fruit instead of eating or selling it!) but that's it.
