I must join in! I got my own switch lite for Mother's Day as I've been a lowly resident on my daughter's island and although she is fabulous we don't always see eye to eye in terms of design! Looking forward to visiting and having visitors :)

After finding this thread last week, I think I've honestly spent more time looking up island ideas than actually playing the game 🤦🏻‍♀️
What is the general consensus... is it better to put all the villagers together in a neighbourhood, or to space them out?! I'm fully aware it's only a game and I can change as I go lol, but it just feels like an important decision to get going with 😂

@wingingmywaythroughlife well if you're wanting to visit/check out who's crafting/ply them with wrapped fossils to elicit photos from them then the complexity/distance of your route is much reduced by having them all close by each other.

We moved all ours together and it's much easier and Keeps the island neat! They're all on a cliff.
