I f*ed up a bit, did loads of tasks before 11 and all the same pokestops are showing as completed task for the day on the way back after 11! I was sure that was reset for event but hey. Will have to go out again somewhere else this afternoon.

Chalot is regional, you should be able to get a Kangaskhan too.

Sat in front of the TV and this guy is shiny!

Had the usual disparity between my shiny luck and ds2's. I finally caught a shiny lotad on our bus home and boosted my shiny castform rate when 2 in a row spawned in my house, after dinner. Still not as many as Ds2, though, who got 2 shiny lotad.

I am pretty chuffed with the Chatot. Annoyed about the Kangaskan, keep seeing shadows of one on nearby pokemon, but never where I am. They are also not as common as crappy Mr Mime back home is!!

I didn't get much shiny luck either. Three castforms but not a single lotad, despite playing for around five hours. DS got four castforms, two lotads, plus a 100% lotad!

It's been disappointing on the raid front as hardly anyone in the group has been free at the same time. DS and I wandered off to do a shinx together to find two players we didn't know already there. Then another two lads turned up. We got chatting and I suggested that we could do the Giratina just around the corner. On the way two players we know came out of a shop so I grabbed them as well. We ended up with ten accounts in all and I now have a Giratina! The random strangers didn't join the group though. Turns out they weren't local, although one of the lads did ask us if we'd heard of Mr 40 x 10.

@pottypotamus - snap ... in the last 36 hours I've got chatot and Relicanth and farfetched ... all of which I needed for the dex...

After a quick stop in HK I'm in NZ for a few days so will be gifting as much as possible ...
