I've got to get an excellent curve ball! I've never been good at getting excellent normal throws it's all by chance and I'm not great at curve balls either and advice?

You need a Pokémon with the biggest circle possible and count the circles down as they decrease. Throw just as it's about to go to the smallest one. Don't use a raspberry - then there's more chance it breaks out and you get more goes.
Are you doing a raid today? Legendaries are good for excellent curve balls as they have huge circles and the buggers always break out.
That said I've been watching YouTube videos and you need to throw high for rayquaza, and that's my weaknesses.

Managed to catch my Rayquaza. Decent IVs. And a wild dragonite! Iv never known them to be wild!

My first ever dragonite was a wild catch. It's absolute pants, but I luffs it all the same.

It’s about 90-91iv which isn’t too bad. Iv hardly seen any Dratini in my pogo years so Iv been walking one for candy’s.

DD and I both got one Rayray each with our two free passes... I was gutted my second one ran, but happy that she got one too! Both pants IV though, hoping we'll be in luck tomorrow too.

Managed to catch a Rayquaza on my second raid!! So glad I have one. Don't have to make an effort to go to a raid tomorrow now!!

I've done one Rayray raid, I got 8 balls, let DD do two throws and so of course didn't catch it. Will try to take DP's phone tomorrow.
I'm looking forward to the grass event, I love oddishes so hope I find a shiny.

DS got four out of six. Really windy here so weather boosted too.

Are there going to be shiny treekos for community day does anyone know? I’m going to be away at a hotel with Dh and children so will make an effort for a shiny one otherwise I’m not bothered as I’ve had all evolutions.
