Zing - I don't think you can get hacking aps for this game, because you play online only.
Games that you download and only update online are the hackable ones.
The 10 plus of items, if you have a barn with several thousand spaces (very easy if you're lvl 70+) you can build up supplies (but actually are more likely to hoard!), if you have a feeder farm you get 2 farms making things, or if you don't get on more than once a day or every few days, it's easy to do.
You just make sure all your queue slots are at maximum, then when you get, back on you will have made a full supply of things. Judicious planning of the slots, producing long making items when you're off (jam, cheese cake, etc) and then making the short ones when you can check occasionally and re-strock.
Some people go through phases of just producing and not doing any orders, others try to do all orders, some focus on the town, etc.
