Getting used to tea without milk

Any tips? This is my biggest stumbling block to becoming vegan as I absolutely love English breakfast tea with milk. I've tried some of the vegan alternatives and am not keen on any of them.

Currently drinking a cup of early grey with a slice of lemon, which is quite nice.

All the Plenish milks are really good quality.

After much trial and error I found Oatly Semi best in tea and it also foams well in my milk frother which I use for coffee, far better than the barista milks. Another bonus is that it comes in 500ml packs as well as 1l.

I'm not vegan but drink tea without milk.
Earl grey is definitely the best! Has a hint of lemon too to make it that bit nicer.
When it comes to milk in my tea, I don't really have it now as I'm used to it without.
Soya in my opinion is the best type in tea if you do want some milk though (Alpro) as it doesn't curdle like I find oat does.

Oatly for me is the best for tea

Oatly is good for coffee as it's creamy but I find it too creamy for tea. I have the same issue, OP; I can't find a good tea milk. I've found that very weak tea with no milk works best. I literally just dip the teabag in once or twice and that's it. Also as PP said, Earl Grey works well black. Ive also started drinking more mint, ginger etc

Would you consider high welfare milk?

I am transitioning to vegan as is DH. He has lapsang souchong with a tiny bit of milk but has managed almost seamlessly to move to a slice of lemon with it.

I have gone to the more citrusy teas like Lady Grey and have that with lemon.

DH has experimented with plant milks and really rates oatmilk. But in the end he decided he prefers it black as he never had alot of milk anyway.
