Smoked salmon
Cold meats
Hoummous and veg sticks
Guacamole (check it's dairy free, some is some isn't) and tortilla chips
Pasta salad

Garlic bread made with oil not butter (check ingredients, also often the cheaper/basic ones are dairy-free)

And if you are including anything NOT suitable please keep it separate eg on separate table and clearly labelled as containing egg/dairy

Ham croquettes
Loaded potato skins
Mini/tiny burgers
Sushi

This is in the vegan topic.

Is it vegan you are after or just egg and dairy free?

@NameChange30 guacamole shouldn't contain dairy. If it does it isn't guacamole.

I know, but some ready-made guacamole does, annoyingly, even though it shouldn't!

Ham croquettes are usually made with both cheese and egg - is there a diary and egg free recipe you'd recommend?

And I'd expect loaded potato skins to have cheese - what would you use as the filling/topping?

Jus roll pain au chocolat that you make yourself at home is dairy free, think egg free too.

Lots of biscuits are vegan - bourbon, oreo etc.

Lots of things can be made dairy free in particular with easy substitutions if you're willing to make yourself.

Samosas
Falafel
Pakora/onion bhaji
Stuffed vine leaves
Bean salad in vinaigrette
Salad
Pitta bread
olives
anti pasti - peppers in oil, artichoke etc

Smoked salmon on crostini, hummus and crudités, charcuterie board with some nice crusty bread, pigs in blankets.

You can get vegan mayo, so you can use it to make potato or other salads like coleslaw, and there are lots of other salads you can just dress with oil and vinegar/lemon juice.
It's not clear if you are planning (or are able) to serve meat or fish. If so that will make life easier, you could do a dressed salmon as a centrepiece, for example.
Otherwise hummus and pitta bread go over quite well as do aubergine or smoked fish (tarama) dips which should be should be dairy and egg free. Lots of salads can be made with olive or other nut oils. Bean salads (eg haricot, pinto, flageolet) only need olive oil, garlic and lemon juice.
Desserts might be more of a problem. Perhaps a large fruit salad with as many exotic varieties as you can manage?

Not a specific food recommendation but: make sure you leave some things in their packets so your guest can read the ingredients for themselves and be reassured.

As someone dealing with food allergies there’s nothing more heart-sinking than a well meaning person saying “you can have this one!” and offering a big plate of snacks that have all been decanted and the wrappers thrown away. If the allergy is serious then caution about cross contamination etc may well mean they can’t then eat any of it - and will feel bad as you tried so hard.

Thanks. She’s allergic to eggs and dairy but advised me to buy vegan if unsure hence me putting this into the Vegan topic, as thought people could give me ideas. Thanks for answering with your ideas. A few I hadn’t thought about,

Just a warning to check all packets. Lots of crisps have dairy in. Especially the fancier ones (e.g. frazzles have dairy, shops own brand bacon rashers don't). Someone mentioned pigs in blankets but almost every time I've been out and asked they've said no they have dairy in.

Also lots of things say vegan but aren't suitable for allergy. E.g. I'll go into a shop and they will have 'vegan' options but the chips for example are fried in the same oil as the halloumi so they're not suitable for allergies. Obviously thats eating out not buying in but same principle applies depending on severity of allergy.

This is very good. Recipe includes yoghurt. I think coconut yoghurt would be fine instead. I haven't had that but my daughter has and I trust her palate. https://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/cauliflower_lentils_57820

This spiced roasted cauliflower with a tahini, yoghurt dip makes a brilliant mezze dish that's packed with plants.
