Recommendations for a plant based recipe book (easy and heart healthy)

Morning all
Just that really.
I've looked at a couple of book, and the list of ingredients is not something I would find easy to source. Also every recipe is so high in salt or saturated fat.
I've recently had a heart attack and am waiting for heart surgery so really need to watch my saturated fat and salt intake.
Have been trying out some tofu and some bean recipes but they have either been too salty (using soy) or too complicated to realistically make as a regular family meal.
Would really welcome a good "go to" plant based recipe book and this will be my main diet from now on
Thanks in advance and thanks for reading x

I'd also recommend having a look at the Mindful Chef recipe book.

I'd recommend anything by Leah Leneman, but specifically Easy Vegan Cooking, Vegan Cooking for Everyone and Vegan Cooking for One (which can be scaled up if you're not single).
Also, the Bosh! books are good, though sometimes a bit involved. Shepherd's Potato - an insane combination of a vegan shepherd's pie and a jacket potato - is worth trying.

I like the Green Roasting Tin - a simple concept with lots of flexibility.

If you're specifically looking for low fat, for Christmas I got Plant You by Carleigh Bodrug. I've not tried anything from it yet, but it claims to be easy recipes and they're all free from added oil. (It is American though, so a little translation is needed and some ingredients may not be as easily available in the UK.)

For reducing salt levels, Kikkoman does a reduced sodium soy sauce.

And, if you'd like to give Tofu another go, try Leneman's The Tofu Cookbook. Lots of different recipes on loots of different styles British, American, Mexican, Mediterranean, Indian and Chinese. All with tofu. The Swiss Steak is good (though, despite being a tofu dish, is in Easy Vegan Cooking, rather than The Tofu Cookbook)

Forks over knives has heart healthy plant based recipes. You can look online rather than buy book to save money. I followed it when I was worried anbout cholesterol and went from high to low cholesterol in less that six months. Was very much based in the whole foods vibe. Not so strict since then and would recommend sites like minimal baker for plant based recipes if you are doing it for heart health, stay away from upf as vegan stuff isn't great for fat or salt. And also so many recipes use coconut or coconut oil which is so high is Saturated fats. Keep food simple, porridge and oats at breakfast. One meal based on beans/lentils a day too.
