Soya milk stickiness!

Hi all, wasn't sure where to ask this, but I thought done of you might know...

We've recently started using soya milk and I'm finding cleaning pans after cooking a real issue - bechamel sauce, porridge, pancakes...

Do you find the same and does anyone have any solutions?

Bechamel is a mess to clean whichever milk you use be it vegan or cow.
For sauce and pancakes could it be because of a lack of grease. IF properly greased and well heated before pouring batter, pancakes shouldn't stick

The pancakes didn't stick, but there was residue in the pan which just wouldn't come off. I think it's finally gone now about 2 days later.

I've not had this cleanup issue with either cow's milk or almond.

No idea then.
Strange thing!

Yeah, thanks anyway. I like almond milk, but daughter doesn't. I find oat milk bland and watery but might have to give it another go.

Try Oatly Barista - super creamy and I’ve never had a residue.

Thanks, not tried that one. It's the only one of the zillion vegan milks available that my corner shop doesn't stock.
