Anyone have a CenterParcs discount code?

Would really appreciate it if someone could share a recent CenterParcs discount code. We've never been before, and a friend who's just returned and convinced me to give it a try has lost her code. Thank you! Zarendy

I don't think they do general codes any more, just the one they give you when you leave but that is specific to you.

I might be wrong though

If you do go, definitely dont go in school holidays it can be 5x the price

from the CP website:

Pricing Policy Explained

Our best rates

We?ve simplified the way we charge for our breaks, making it easier for you to get the best deal. No more discount codes, online discounts or lastminute special offers everywhere you look; these make it hard to know when and how to get the best deal. And there?s always a doubt that you may have been able to get a lower price, if only you had known.

That?s why we?ve reorganised our pricing structure to make it simpler, fairer and easier for you to get the best possible price available on the day you wish to book; this is called ?best available rate? pricing.

What is ?best available rate? pricing?

This booking system guarantees that when you book, you are getting the best possible price that is available to anyone, anywhere on that day. Prices can change on a daily basis. Whether you book online or over the phone, you can rest assured that no one will be offered your holiday at a better rate. Prices online are the same as they are if you call our Reservations Team. There will be no lower prices through other companies or discount codes available to use, although our best offer will be available to our repeat guests in our ?Book Before You Leave? scheme, which offers:

? Free travel and cancellation insurance

? £25 worth of Center Parcs gift vouchers

? Our lowest price guarantee

When are the best rates available?

Center Parcs breaks can be booked up to 18 months in advance and, we will always aim to sell our lowest prices early on. This means that if you book as early as you can, you?re most likely to get the cheapest deal.

Thanks! Really helpful. My friend had told me that in the past they make a point of giving you a discount code before you leave and that she thought they'd taken one this time but couldn't find it. I'm guessing from the website that it was gift vouchers she had. And, yes, we're planning to go outside of school holidays -- can't afford to go during.

agree about not being able to afford the school holidays, I got really excited when I saw you link and thought, ooooh we could go august 2011 cheaper

well...

...just checked for a week in august 2011 and its £1300, a saving of only £130 on what it would cost this august - not impressed. I really feel they take the piss on school holidays, £500 more than in June - and the midweeks are even worse, some of those are 3 or 4 times the price! As low as £200 in term time and nearly £800 in holiday time.

I know all travel companies do this, but CP bump ups do seem so excessive, for that reason we simply don't go - mind you someone esle will be happy to pay the price LOL

it is very expensive, but when you're there you can see what you're paying for. it is also worth publishing that the time out kids club offers a one to one service for special needs children at no extra cost. as the mother of an autistic child i can tell you any price is worth paying to have time on holiday doing things with the rest of my family that we just couldn't do without the childcare.

I used to think how expensive it was, but if you ran a business and you were running at below costs for most of the year (i.e. outside school holidays), I can see why they charge so much in school holidays - after all they are there to make a profit and usually full !!. Also, I am now considering this for Feb 2011 half Term at a cost of £1250 for 4 bed (sharing with another family), instead of £4000-5000 for a weeks skiing in half term (and that is just for 1 familyt), so if 2 families go, double that !!! I just cannot afford that and am loathed to take my 5 year old son out of school - no matter how much I love skiing and how well my son got on with his skiing last year.
