Toddler and disabled friendly self catering accomodation on the Sth Coast?

My parents have suggested it might be nice to come on holiday with us (me, DH, DD - 23mths) this year. I appreciate the thought (they've felt quite distant at times since I've had DD and this does seem like they're trying to get more involved), but I'm starting to feel like I'm searching for the holy grail...

My mother is disabled - she has a below the knee amputation on one leg, and will be 77 this year. My parents haven't really shared a room since the amputation was done in 2002. We don't want to push too hard on the first attempt, so we were thinking of a long weekend type thing - which means we don't want to travle too far.

So, we need self catering accomodation with at least 3 but preferably 4 bedrooms that is both disabled and toddler friendly, within about 2.5 hours drive of Chichester. Any suggestions?

Thanks for that - unfortunately that's a bit further than we wanted to travel for this holiday.

All the websites seem to be so uninformative - even CenterParks don't make any comment about accessible accomodation on their website...

How about Sandy Balls in the New Forest. You could have 2 x 2 bed lodges or 1 x 3 bed lodge (they do lodges for the disabled with 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms).

I'll have a look. Thanks
